Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 July 2026

The short version

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and the waitlist form on it. They do not cover the AtlasVect product, because the product is not available yet. When it launches it will have its own terms of service, published before anyone can sign up, and those will govern the product.

The site is operated by ESR0TECH, registered in USA. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that entity, and "you" means anyone using this site.

2. AtlasVect is pre-launch

We want to be direct about this, because it changes what everything else on this page means. AtlasVect is in development and is not generally available. There is no account to create, nothing to purchase, and no service being delivered to you today. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and using this site does not create a customer relationship.

3. The waitlist

4. What we say about features and prices

This site describes a product we are building. Descriptions of features, capabilities, plans and prices reflect our current intent and are indicative, not contractual. They may change, be delayed, or be dropped before launch. Any price shown is an intended price in the currency stated, before tax, and is not an offer you can accept today.

Where this site describes what AtlasVect will do, treat it as a forward-looking statement about our plans rather than a description of something already delivered. The binding description of the product will be the one published at launch.

5. Using this site

You may read this site, share links to it, and join the waitlist. You may not:

We may block access from any source that does these things, without notice, and we limit how often the same visitor can submit the form.

6. Our content

The text, layout, graphics, and design of this site, and the AtlasVect name and logo, belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site, reproduce it substantially, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you are connected to us.

7. Other companies' names

Where this site names another product or company, for example when comparing approaches, that name is the trademark of its owner. We use those names for identification and comparison only. It does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction, and any comparison reflects our own assessment at the time of writing.

8. Availability and accuracy

This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or up to date at any given moment, and there is no service level commitment attached to it. We may change, suspend, or take down this site or any part of it at any time.

9. Links to other sites

If this site ever links out, that link is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or from anything you decided on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Because AtlasVect has not launched, the most likely change is a full set of product terms, published before anyone can create an account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: privacy@atlasvect.com. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains exactly what the waitlist stores and how to have it deleted.
